Description: 1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of sterile medical devices described in detail in Annex 2a to SWZ, which is its integral part.
2. Conditions for the performance of the contract are also specified in the draft contract in chapter XX SWZ
3. The Employer specified in the description of the subject of the contract the qualitative requirements relating to at least the main elements that make up the subject of the contract - therefore, the fact uses the possibilities indicated in Article 246 para. 2 POP.
4. The Employer requires that the offered medical devices meet the conditions for the market in accordance with the Medical Devices Act of 20 May 2010 and correspond to the description of the subject of the contract in Annex 2A to SWZ.
