Description:

2. Detailed description of the subjects of the contract,The estimated number and requirements are presented in price and offer forms to part 1 / 12 (Annexes 1 to SWZ), which is an integral part of SWZ.
3. The scope of the order includes the delivery of subjects in the quantities specified in the price and offer forms for part 1 / 12(Annexes No. 1 to SWZ) who are an integral part of SWZ, for a period of 24 months from the date of the contract.
4. The contracting authority does not allow submission of offers:
a) variant,
b) equivalent.
5. The contract performance date:
1). Delivery of subjects in part 1 / 12 for 24 months, countingfrom the date of the contract. The Employer allows the possibility of changing the date of the contract in the event of failure to fulfill the entire subject of the contract as a result of the implementation of lower orders during the contract. The change of the contract requires an annex, except that the contracting authority unilaterally notifies the contractor of the proposedextension of the contract before the expiry of the date it was concluded.
