Description:
The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of various food products to the Police School in Piła.An offer for one part or more part of the order. The contracting authority will choose the best offer for each part of the order.
The Ordering Party will choose the best offer for each part of the order. Full list of assortment that is the subject of delivery andThe estimated number of ordered products was given in the assortment and numerical specification, which is Annex 2A, 2B and 2C to SWZ. The amounts given are estimated and do not oblige the contracting authority to buy products in these quantities. The contracting authority reserves the right to not have beenthe subject of the contract worth up to 50% of the total gross remuneration. There is no financial and legal claims due to the non -realization of part of the order. Delivery, unloading and bringing the subject of the contract will be carried out at the contractor's expense calculated in the price of the Productscovered by the public procurement agreement. Delivery of the subject of the contract will be carried out by means of transporting the contractor allowed for food transport.
