Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of vegetables and fruit to the Police School in Katowice.2. Detailed description of the subject of the order: 1) A complete list of the assortment that is the subject of the supply and the maximum number of products ordered is given in the assortment, quantity and value specification constituting Annex No. 1A to SWZ. 2) The given quantities are estimates and do not oblige the Ordering Party to purchase products in these quantities. Proposing products that do not comply with the Ordering Party's requirements will be tantamount to rejecting the Contractor's offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law as inconsistent with the conditions orders.3. For the assortment specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, the Ordering Party will establish a price coefficient (in accordance with Chapter XVII of this SWZ) based on the stock exchange quotations observed in 2025 on the Warsaw Agricultural Food Wholesale Market in Bronisze, on the basis of which will be made settlements.
