- The subject of the contract are successive supplies of vegetables and fruits for a period of 12 months in the range and quantities given in the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ and in accordance with the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to this SWZ, i.e. according to the tasks as follows:
TaskNo. 1: Supply of peeled potatoes;
Task No. 2: Supply of vegetables and fruits - summer period (from May 1 to November 15);
Task No. 3: Delivery of vegetables and fruits - winter period (from November 16 to April 30)
The contracting authority informs that in the subject proceedings conducted in the procedure of unlimited tenderprovides for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in art. 139 para. 1 of the Act The contracting authority, using the said procedure, will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was the highest assessed in the scope of the lack of groundsto exclude and meet the conditions for participation in the procedure.Annex 4 to this SWZ, i.e. as follows:
