- 1 The subject of the fall should have The following requirements: a) a brand new (unregistered) car, year of production not older than 2024, pickup body; b) The vehicle must condemn the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the privileged vehicles, i.e. :- Road Traffic Act of June 20, 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended), together with executive provisions to the Act;- the vehicle must be marked with numbers Operational State Parca Guard in accordance with the Management Board No. 6 of the Commander -in -Chief of the State Stray of the Paint of May 8, 2025 on transport economy in the organizational units of the State Platar Stray (Journal of Laws of the PSP of 2025, item 9, item 9 of the amended). Data on the marking will remain transferred during the performance of the contract. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the skew is included in the SWZ to SWZ.
