- 3 The subject of the fall should have The following requirements: a) a brand new (unregistered) car, year of production not older than 2025, crossover body, SUV.B) The vehicle must condemn the requirements of Polish traffic regulations, taking into account the privileged vehicles, i.e. :- Road Traffic Act of June 20, 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended), together with executive provisions to the Act;- the vehicle must be marked Operational numbers of the Satenta Parca Guard in accordance with Management No. 6 of the Commander -in -Chief of the State PuΕna Stray of May 8, 2025 on transport economy in the organizational units of the State Stray of Pargna (Journal of Laws of the PSP of 2025, item 9, item 9 of the amended). Data on the marking will be transferred during the performance of the contract. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the skew is included in the SWZ to SWZ.
