Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 pc. Saddle tractor with a semi -trailer with technical parameters and equipment in accordance with the content of the specification.
The year of production at least 2025.
3. CPV Dictionary CPV-34133000-8 Truck vehicles with trailer, 34223100-7 semi-trailers, 34144200-0 rescue services.
Reasons of failure division of the order into parts:
Because of future Warranty liabilities (possibility of losing the warranty) and the nature of the order, the Employer does not see the possibility of dividing the order into parts (the division would be artificial and would reduce the quality of the completed order). Failure to divide the part in part according to the contracting authority does not violate the competition, does not limit the possibility of applying for order to smaller entities, in particular small and medium -sized enterprises
5. Detailed characteristics of the subject of the contract can be found in "Description of the subject of the contract - technical specification", i.e. in Annex 1 to SWZ, constituting "minimal Requirements for a tractor with a semi -trailer. "Detailed conditions of implementation are set out in Annex 4 to SWZ" Designed provisions of the contract ".
