Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 piece of the factory new zero -emission, electrical, M3 class II category (intercity buses), with a length of 8.5 m to 9.0 m, in accordance with the technical specification specified in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter "OPZ").
2. main CPV item: 34121100-1 buses and coaches, 34121100-2 Public transport buses, 34144910-0 Electric buses.
3. The bus must be a factory new vehicle (according to the definition of the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), i.e. it cannot be recorded in advance, and the course of the bus supplied cannot be greater than 1,000 km. In addition, the bus cannot be previously used for test and demonstration. The bus cannot be a prototype and must be produced as standard, i.e. the same buses remained sold to carriers in the European Union or associated countries in at least 10 copies.
4. The order also includes:
1) conducting training on bus service of designated employees of the Ordering Party;
2) providing technical documentation;
3) handing over the necessary tools (including diagnostic device) with necessary interfaces and software along with licenses in quantity and to the extent that allows free use of all EV bus functionality;
4) granting the Ordering Party internal authorization of service and service of EV buses (ASO)...
