- The subject of the flying is the delivery of 1 specialist bus for transporting non -firm OSB, for the needs of the Special School Complex No. 17 in Gdynia, as part of the Rnni Crehaft Program between the III regions, co -financed from the PFRON RODKW. 5. The vehicle must spend the requirements of Polish traffic recipes road and allowed to move on public roads, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251). The vehicle must have an approval for a complete bus and a technical examination confirming its adapted for the transport of OSB non -firm or conservation of approval for a complete bus confirming its adapted for the transport of non -emergency OSB and SUPPLY requirements specified in the ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (i.e., Journal of Laws 2024, item 502, as amended) and has CE signs and declarations of compliance with the applicable standards and regulations.
