- The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 vehicle for the evacuation of people from hard-to-reach areas, type SLOp 4x4, which can be converted into a crisis management station. The vehicle and its equipment must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure public safety or the protection of health, life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approvals for these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended). The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, including requirements regarding emergency vehicles, in accordance with the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251) together with the implementing provisions to the Act. The vehicle should have the documentation necessary to register the vehicle on the date of actual receipt. The vehicle must meet the following requirements: Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502).
