Description:
Delivery of 10 pieces of brand new MAXI class electric low-floor buses with the option to purchase a maximum of 30 additional buses with the same parameters.
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 10 pieces of brand new electric low-floor MAXI buses with the option to purchasemaximum of 30 additional buses with the same parameters.
2. The buses referred to in point 1 must meet the technical requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ (description of the subject of the order).
3. The buses offered must be brand new, manufactured no earlier than in the year of deliveryy, not exploited or used for research, testing, presentation or purposes of a similar nature.
4. General requirements for buses: buses adapted to transport disabled people, equipped with, among others: with a digital video monitoring system for the passenger compartment and driver's cabin, devicefor ticket sales, air conditioning and a fire detection and extinguishing system for the generator chamber.
5. All buses delivered must be: of one brand, identical in terms of construction, assembly and equipment.
6. The scope of delivery includes 10 buses, and if the option is exerciseda maximum of 40 buses (including a maximum of 30 covered by the option), along with additional equipment as well as documentation and necessary software on the terms specified in the SWZ, including the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
