- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of one mobile power generator on a trailer with a power of 100 kW to 150 kW. (including the first start-up, user training) meeting all minimum technical parameters and requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 4 to SWZ.2. The delivered unit that is the subject of the contract must be brand new, manufactured in 2025, i.e. unused before the date of delivery and free from defects. The Contractor declares that the subject of the contract meets all quality requirements and standards applicable to this type of goods. and has been placed on the market within the EU in accordance with applicable regulations.
