Description:
The subject of the order is the following task: Delivery of 100 m3 of fuel oil to municipal boiler rooms in the Zbjna commune, as indicated by the ordering party, in 2026. The indicated amounts of oil are estimates and may vary depending on the prevailing weather conditions. If the oil demand is reduced, The contractor will not be entitled to any claims. The minimum guaranteed order quantity will be not less than 50%. Quality characteristics of the oil: The fuel oil being the subject of delivery must meet the parameters applicable to the Polish Standard PN-C 96024:2020-12 (or an equivalent standard) and achieve a calorific value of less than 42.6MJ/kg. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the ordered fuel to the Ordering Party within 72 hours from the moment (date and time) of placing the order. The fuel oil will be delivered in the Contractor's tank trucks and at his expense. The price of transport must be included in the price of the fuel oil offered. Ordering party informs that it has tanks with a capacity of 2 m3 to 4 m3, therefore a single delivery will range from approx. 2 m3 to 10 m3.
