Description:
1. The order is divided into 2 (two) parts.
2. The subject of the contract is:
a) applies to 1 part of the procedure - "delivery of 32 unmarked Patrol cars of the 4x4 station wagon as part of the basic order with the option to increase the order to 8 pcs.":
- delivery of 32 unmarked pcs 4x4 station wagon patrol cars as part of the basic order;
- Delivery up to 8 unmarked Patrol cars of the 4x4 station wagon as part of the order covered by the right option.
Detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) containing all the requirements of the Ordering Party, As part of part 1 of the procedure, it constitutes Annex 1A to SWZ.
b) applies to 2 parts of the procedure - "delivery of 55 unmarked patrol cars with 4x4 drive as part of the basic order with the option to increase the order to 10 pcs.":
- delivery 55 unmarked patrol cars with 4x4 drive as part of the basic order;
- Delivery of 10 unmarked patrol cars with 4x4 drive as part of the order covered by the law.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) containing all the requirements of the Ordering Party, under part 2 of the procedure, constitutes Annex No. 1b to SWZ.
