Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 11 pcs. Scanners with an automatic document feeder, in accordance with the provisions of the description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: OPZ).
2. The description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. The Contractor is obliged to provide the equipment that is the subject of the contract to building of the Marshal's Office in Lublin, ul. Grottger 4, 20-029 Lublin, on their own, at their own expense and risk, during the office hours of the ordering party, i.e. from 7:30 to 15:30 on business days.
4. The contractor undertakes to provide the factory new, wholesome and manufactured equipment in accordance with applicable standards and standards.
5. The equipment is offered on the day of signing the acceptance report cannot be allocated by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or from sale.
Maximum period warranty For the supplied equipment included in the evaluation of offers is 48 months. The warranty period granted by the contractor is one of the criteria for the evaluation of offers in the proceedings.
7. In case, when the warranty cards result from the warranty conditions more favorable to the Employer, they apply to this contract.
8. Service services will be provided by the manufacturer of the equipment offered or the authorized service indicated by him in this respect.
9. The resource may exercise rights under the warranty for physical defects of equipment regardless of the rights arising from warranty.
