- βOn behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the supply of 12 pieces of uninterruptible power supplies with a power of 1500 VA, model: APC Smart-UPS 1500 VA LCD 230V with the SmartConnect function and provision of service services warranty. Attachments to download/read: "Contract template" to download from the "Appendices" tab. We would like to inform you that we anticipate the possibility of conducting the second stage of this procedure (negotiations) in the form of a discount auction or request for quotation. We reserve that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. The Ordering Party requires: - payment terms: The Contractor will issue an invoice after the delivery of the Equipment. The basis for issuing an invoice will be preparation quantitative and qualitative acceptance reports, signed by both Parties without any comments, - implementation deadline: 14 days from the date of signing the contract to the registered office of the Ordering Party located in Warsaw (02-353), ul. SzczΔΕliwicka 34,- references: The ordering party requires for the Bidders to submit 2 references for the supply of UPS power supplies for the amount of PLN 50,000. - within the last 2 years from the date of submission of the offer. - the validity period of the offer is 60 days.
