- βOn behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the supply of 12 pieces of uninterruptible power supplies with a power of 1500 VA, model: SMT1500IC APC Smart-UPS 1500 VA LCD 230V with SmartConnect function and provision of warranty service. Each power supply unit is equipped with batteries, management card and temperature measurement module. Attachments to download/read: "Contract template" to download from the "Appendices" tab. We would like to inform you that we anticipate the possibility of carrying out the second stage of this procedure (negotiations), in the form of a discount auction or inquiry offer. We reserve that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. The Ordering Party requires: - payment terms: The Contractor will issue an invoice after the delivery of the Equipment. The basis for issuing an invoice will be the preparation of quantitative acceptance reports quality, signed by both Parties without comments, - implementation deadline: 14 days from the date of signing the contract to the registered office of the Ordering Party located in Warsaw (02-353), ul.
