- Description:
- The subject of the order is the delivery of a total of 12 power generators. Detailed quantitative and qualitative specifications, including the characteristics of the subject of the order, a detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as: OPZ) are set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. An integral part of the SWZ is the designed provisions. contract (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ). The subject of the order must be brand new and unused, and must be free from physical and legal defects. The Contractor is not entitled to any claims for damages due to the Ordering Party's failure to submit and execute the order. The Contractor must deliver the subject of the order. with its own transport and at its own expense to the place (including rooms) indicated by the Ordering Party. Delivery costs, especially loading and unloading of the goods, will be charged to you Contractor.
