The subject of the contract is the delivery of 14 new maxi electric buses as part of Za-Danie "Development of zero -emission public transport in Włocławek by purchasing zero -emission transport along with the necessary infrastructure - stage II." The order includes delivery and transfer by the Contractor to the contracting authority of the property of fourteen - free from physical defects and legal, factory new (i.e. produced not earlier than 6 months from the date of handing over to the user-Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyji sp.z o.o. in Włocławek with its registered office in Włocławek (87-800 Włocławek) at 3 Rysiej ul. low -floor - Maxi city buses with electric drive, as well as granting the user authorization for the service and repair of the bus on the principles and conditions described in the service contract template.
