Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 140 sets of medical kits intended for providing qualified first aid to equip collective protection facilities. The Contractor undertakes to deliver 140 sets of medical kits consisting of: a) a type R0 medical kit extended with additional equipment, intended for providing qualified first aid; b) a spine board for patient transport, equipped with head stabilization and a set of immobilization belts; c) a stretcher on a frame aluminum, folded into a bag, bag-shaped.2. Suppliers of the above the subject of the order (Contractor) may only be an entity authorized to sell medical devices in Poland, in accordance with the provisions of national and European law, in particular Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council EU 2017/745 of April 5, 2017 on medical devices (hereinafter referred to as the MDR Regulation) and the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (i.e. of November 5, 2024, Journal of Laws of 2024 item 1620).3.
