Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 18 shunting locomotives. 2. The contract award procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender pursuant to the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law, hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp Act" or "Pzp". The order in question is sector order. 3. Detailed requirements regarding the order are included in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ, which constitute its integral part.
Delivery of 18 shunting locomotives
1. The subject of the order includes: 1) delivery of 18 (in words: eighteen) diesel shunting locomotives under the conditions specified in The draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, with the parameters specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and consistent with the Contractor's offer; 2) training of persons indicated by the Ordering Party in their operation, as well as delivery layettes.
2. Detailed requirements regarding the order are included in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ, which constitute its integral part.
