- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 2 pcs. Heavy rescue and fire-fighting cars with the function of supplying water for living purposes with technical parameters and equipment in accordance with the content of the specification.
Production year at least 2024.
3. Order dictionary CPV-34144210-3 fire trucks.
The contracting authority allows in accordance with art. 91 paragraph 1 of the PZP Act submitting partial offers. The offer can be submitted to one or two parts of the order. The contracting authority does not limit the number of parts Orders for which an order may be awarded to one contractor. Offers in each part of the order will be examined and evaluated separately, i.e.
1) Part A-Delivery of 1 piece of heavy rescue and firefighting car with the function of supplying water for living purposes,
2) Part B - Delivery of 1 heavy piece rescue and firefighting car with water supply function for living purposes.
5. Detailed characteristics of the subject of the contract can be found in "Description of the subject of the contract - technical specification" ie:
1) for part A of the order in Annex 1a to SWZ,
2) for part B of the order in Annex No. 1b to SWZ.
Detailed implementation conditions are set out in Annex 4 to SWZ "Designed provisions of the contract".
6. The minimal warranty period is 24 months.
