Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 2 pcs. Microbuses for transporting people with the possibility of using people divided into 2 parts during the evacuation:
a) Part I - delivery of 1 pcs. Mikrobus for transporting people with the possibility of using people during the evacuation;
b) Part II - Delivery of 1 pcs. Microbus for transport people with the possibility of using people during the evacuation.
The contracting authority also does not introduce any restrictions on the number of parts for which the order can be awarded one contractor.
3. Each of the vehicles should meet, among others, the requirements of:
a) factory new vehicle, serial chassis;
b) The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for privileged vehicles, in accordance with
with the law on road traffic "(i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), and the requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502);
c) the vehicle must have a approval certificate;
d) a vehicle that meets additional technical conditions in force in the Republic of Poland;
e) the vehicle must be marked in accordance with ordinance No. 6 of the Chief Commander of the State Fire Service of May 8, 2025 on transport economy in the organizational units of the State Guard Desire ...
