- task 1 delivery of a pick-up vehicle for KP PSP Gorlice. The technical requirements for both vehicles are the same. The vehicle and its equipment must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of products designed to ensure safety public or protection of health, life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approvals for these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended). The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, including the requirements regarding emergency vehicles, in accordance with Acts of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251) together with the implementing provisions to the Act. The vehicle should have the documentation necessary to register the vehicle on the date of actual receipt. The vehicle must meet the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502).
