- Description:
- The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 2 pieces of brand-new container residential buildings for the needs of the Wocawek Commune. The order is carried out as part of the program entitled: Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026. The contractor, at his own expense, will deliver, place and install in locations designated by the Ordering Party within the Wocawek Commune, the subject of the order and will include the delivery, unloading and assembly of the subject of the contract in the offer price. The Contractor is liable for damage or loss of the subject of the contract until the acceptance protocol (quality) is signed by the Ordering Party. Within 2 days from the date of signing the contract, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party for approval with documentation regarding the subject of the order (e.g. drawings, projection of the containers, ground floor plan, elevation plan, technical specifications, etc.). Detailed description of the subject of the order (detailed parameters technical and qualitative aspects regarding containers) are included in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
