Description:
This procedure is conducted in an open tender mode, pursuant to art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law and with the principles set out in the PZP Act for a classical contract with an estimated value equal or exceeding the EU thresholds.
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 2 items factory new multi -member electric drive vehicles (EZT) with the option of delivery of an additional up to 10 pieces of factory new railway vehicles. Vehicles will be operated by agglomeration railway connections on the route from Gdańsk Środmieście/Gdańsk Głowny to Wejherowo with the possibility of extending Route to Lębork (on the railway line No. 250 Gdańsk Środmieście - Rumia and further on route No. 202 to Wejherowo and Lębork) and with the possibility of entering the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz - Gdynia Gdynia communication line through Gdańsk Airport (on the railway line No. 248 to Gdańsk Osowa and further on the modernized line No. 201 to Gdynia), and in the future, after completing the project, also to the PKM Południe line, where vehicles will operate the route from Gdańsk Środmieście to Kowal, along with:
- granting technical instruction in the field of vehicle use and maintenance to persons indicated by the Employer;
- granting warranty and extended warranty on the vehicles delivered;
- developing and transferring technical documentation;
- granting a license for technical documentation and software.
