Description:
1) The order includes the delivery of 2 pieces of power generators with the minimum parameters specified in Annex 1 to SWZ.2) The equipment must be new, manufactured no earlier than 2025.3) All requirements regarding the subject of the order indicated in the specification should be treated as minimal.4) If the delivered subject of the order is not suitable for use, the Contractor is obliged to provide replacement goods free from defects and faults at his own expense;5) The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers in in relation to one or all parts of the order;6) The Contractor is required to obtain, at his own responsibility and risk, all relevant information that may be necessary to prepare a complete offer.7) The Ordering Party informs that the funds for the purchase of the unit come from a grant from the OLiOC Program. In the event of loss of the subsidy, the Contractor will be responsible, i.e. in the event of a delay in the implementation of the contract that makes it impossible to settle the subsidy with the Lubuskie Voivodeship, which will result in the need to return the subsidy intended for the purchase of the generator, the Contractor is liable for damage in the amount of the subsidy amount to be refunded.
