- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation on a chassis/trailer and commissioning of 2 power generators, in particular the performance of the following activities by the Contractor: 1) delivery and assembly of the set, 2) performance of all necessary assembly works enabling the use of the set in accordance with its intended use, 3) adjustment of settings and optimization of the set's operating parameters, 4) commissioning and test run of the set (the date must be agreed in writing with the Ordering Party in advance), 5) submission of one copy of the assembly instructions, operating instructions and instructions for proceeding in case failure of the set in paper form and one copy in electronic form, in Polish, 6) provision of operational service for the period of the granted warranty to the extent related to the normal operation of the Set in accordance with the Technical and Operational Documentation (DTR) and service in the event of failure,2.
