Description:
The subject of the order was divided into 2 tasks:
1) Task 1 - delivery of 1 medium technical rescue vehicle with a crane
2) Task 2 - delivery of 1 heavy technical rescue vehicle with a crane.
Selected requirements for task 1:
General conditions:
-The vehicle and its equipment must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure public safety or the protection of health, life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approvals for these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 143 item 1002, as amended. d.). with details of these requirements and equipment provided below. The certificate of approval for the vehicle is to include rescue equipment in accordance with the requirements of Annex No. 13 to the "Guidelines for the standardization of equipment for firefighting vehicles and other means of transport of the State Fire Service" of April 14, 2011 (Edition II). A current approval certificate with a test report, delivered on the date of technical and quality acceptance. Equipment mounting in accordance with the standard.
-The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for emergency vehicles, in accordance with the Act of June 20, 1997 "Road Traffic Law" (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), together with the implementing provisions to the Act and the requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December...
