Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 2 brand-new trucks with hooks in accordance with the parameters described in the appendix to the SWZ. The Ordering Party, at the offer selection stage, reserves the right to inspect the offered vehicles before concluding a purchase/sale agreement, driving license trial and technical inspection of vehicles for no longer than 8 hours. at the Supplier's headquarters. (Failure to comply with this condition will result in the Ordering Party having the right to reject the offer and not concluding a contract with that Contractor.) Moreover, the Ordering Party has the right not to conclude a contract with the Contractor in the event of disclosure during test drives and examination of vehicle defects, the removal of which exceeds PLN 2,000 (the amount determined on the basis of average market prices of spare parts).
