- The subject of the order is the delivery of one type C road ambulance with a stretcher and a stretcher transporter and one type C road ambulance with a stretcher and a stretcher transporter, a device for safe air purification and a video laryngoscope for the needs of rescue teams.medical department of the Sądecki Emergency Medical Service. The subject of the order results from Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
The Contractor will ensure that the delivered vehicles: (i) are brand new, fully operational, without defects, not demonstrative, not the subject of exhibition, (ii) their standard of installation includes at leastmedical equipment, main stretcher and stretcher transporter, (iii) were manufactured no earlier than in 2024, (iv) their medical equipment was constructed no earlier than in 2024, and the Contractor has documents authorizing the marketing and use of the medical equipment of the equipment, in accordance with the Act of 20May 2010 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended), (v) are ready for use.
Purchased vehicles must meet, among others: the following requirements: (i) the Act of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 988, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Road Traffic Law Act", (ii) the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, as amended), (iii) the regulation of the Minister of Health of 17 December 2019 regarding the designation of the State Ra system... - Documents:
