Description:
The subject of the contract is delivery in 2025-2026 to recipients located in the RP of four executive devices for movable purposes in performance and with the parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract drawn up for Operational and technical requirements (WET)
Subject deliveryOrders will be carried out in 2 stages, i.e.
• 1 stage - delivery of 2 sets of executive devices for movable purposes in 2025.
• 2nd stage - delivery of 2 sets of executive equipment for movable purposes in 2026.Orders.
The Ordering Party, taking into account the nature of the subject of the contract, does not provide for taking into account the requirements in the scope of availability for disabled people in accordance with art. 100 para. 1 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law.public, presented in the attachment to this SWZ, i.e. the draft contract and complement the description of the subject of the contract in the scope of provisions not covered by the provisions of this chapter.It will be on dates according to N/In the statements:
2 sets of executive devices for movable purposes in 2025.
2 sets of executive devices for movable purposes in 2026.
Start and scope of delivery in the part concerning 2026. will take place provided that the funds are grantedfinancial.
