Delivery in 27 packages of spinal implants with at the same time, creating a deposit warehouse, lending a set of tools necessary for implantation along with non-perforated containers for their storage and sterilization, lending reusable equipment and drills during the period of 18 months for the needs of the Department of Neurosurgery, Neurotraumatology and Spine Surgery. 1.The subject of the order is the delivery of: A. Implants used in the cervical spine: Package 1 Anterior stabilization with a set of retractors and cutters (drill w lending); Package 2 Shaft prosthesis in the cervical section - rigid; Package 3 Cervical body prosthesis - expandable, attached to adjacent bodies; Package 4 Screw-based cervical stabilization; Package 5 Set for interarticular stabilization of the spine cervical spine from a posterior approach; Package 6 Dynamic interbody prosthesis in the cervical section - "artificial disc"; Package 7 Stand-alone cervical cage with variable lordosis angle; Package 8 PEEK interbody implants; Package 9 PEEK interbody implants sprayed with pure titanium; Package 10 Cervical cage with vertebral attachment; Package 11 Bone substitute in the form of a paste in the form of pure hydroxyapatite; B.
