- Description:
- The subject of the order is the delivery of two 2U servers with warranty and service. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, and in the Technical Specification of the offered equipment, constituting Appendix No. 2A to the SWZ. Factory-made devices are required. new, free from physical and legal defects, coming from current production (produced no earlier than 12 months before the delivery date) and having the legally required approvals and certificates allowing marketing in the EU. As part of the order, the Contractor will provide warranty service for the purchased servers for a period of at least 60 months. The place of execution of the subject of the order is the registered office of the Ordering Party. The detailed scope of rights and obligations related to the implementation of the subject of the order is specified in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to SWZ.
