- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 medium -sized rescue and fire -fighting cars equipped with a module of windmill removal equipment and the effects of flood backwaters divided into 2 parts:
a) Part I - Delivery of 1 average rescue and fire -fighting car equipped with the equipment module for Removal of windproofs and the effects of flood backwaters;
b) Part II - Delivery of 2 medium -sized rescue and fire -fighting cars equipped with a module of windmill removal equipment and the effects of flood backwaters.
2. The applicant does not introduce any restrictions as to the number of part of the order, on which one contractor can submit an offer. The contracting authority also does not introduce any restrictions on the number of parts for which the order can be awarded to one contractor.
3. Each car should meet, among others, with the requirements of:
a) the vehicle must be built and equipped in accordance with the Act Road traffic law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047). The vehicle should meet the requirements of the ordinance of ministers: internal affairs and administration, national defense, finance and justice of 22 March 2019 on special vehicles and used for special purposes of the Police, Internal Security Agency, Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, the Central Anti -Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, State Protection Service, National Tax Administration, Prison Service and Fire Brigade (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 594) and requires... - Documents :
