Description:
1. The subject of the order includes: 1) delivery of a complete 4 m x 6 m large screen with full peripheral equipment in the auditorium of the Municipal Cultural and Sports Center in Kobylany, in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ; 2) installation on a tripod dedicated to permanent installations telebims (0.7 m above the stage floor), connection, configuration and commissioning of the equipment as well as training in the use of GCK employees;3) providing: instructions for operation, use and maintenance of individual elements of equipment in Polish, certificates, warranty cards, test and inspection protocols, in Polish Polish, 4) equipment service during the warranty/guarantee period; the Contractor undertakes to deliver, including: bringing, unpacking, installing elements in the GCKiS auditorium and removing protection, packaging, etc., delivery elements from the Ordering Party's facility, at its own expense and at its own risk. The Ordering Party reserves, and the equipment offered by the Contractor within a given equipment group referred to in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ must be the same.
