Delivery of 4 pcs. NVIDIA L4 24GB PCIe Gen4 graphics cards (P/N: 4X67A84824), for two ThinkSystem SR630 V4 servers (s/n: SJ7021TM2, SJ7021TM1). Two graphics cards will be installed for each of the two servers.
On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit their applications offers for the supply of 4 pcs. NVIDIA L4 24GB PCIe Gen4 graphics cards (P/N: 4X67A84824), for two ThinkSystem SR630 V4 servers (s/n: SJ7021TM2, SJ7021TM1). Two graphics cards will be installed for each of the two servers. Attachments to download/read: "Contract template" to be downloaded from the tab "Appendices" We would like to inform you that we anticipate the possibility of conducting the second stage of this procedure (negotiations) in the form of a discount auction or request for quotation. We reserve that the proceedings may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. Ordering Party requires: - payment terms: The contractor will issue a VAT invoice after delivery of the goods and their installation. The basis for issuing an invoice will be the preparation of an acceptance protocol signed by both Parties without any comments. - completion date: Delivery of the goods and their installation will be completed within 14 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. The servers are located at the following address: (the address will be provided to the Contractor after selecting the most advantageous offer). - references: The Ordering Party requires the Bidders to present 2 references for the supply of computer equipment for the amount of PLN 50,000. each - within the last 2 years from the date of submission of the offer. - the validity period of the offer is 60 days.
