III. Description of the subject of the order:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: "Purchase of equipment for rescue operations"
as part of the national "Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program 2025-2026" adopted by Resolution No. 72 of the Council of Ministers of May 27, 2025 (M. P. of 2025, item 541) in the scope protection
population and civil defense, arising from the Act of December 5, 2024 on population protection
and civil defense (Journal of Laws, item 1907)."
2.W As part of the subject of this order, the Contractor is obliged to:
31-530 Krakow, ul. Saint Lazarus 14 factory
1st ambulance, or optionally, additional purchase of a 2nd ambulance with the same parameters, not used, not being demonstration vehicles, delivery of 4 sanitary ambulances, GVW up to 3.5 t, in a specialized body with a stretcher and a stretcher base.
Base vehicles produced no earlier than 2025, complete ambulances no earlier than 2025, compliant with the current versions of the PN-EN 1789 (or equivalent) standard for an ambulance and PN-EN 1865 (or equivalent) for patient transport devices (stretchers), with the basic specialist equipment described in of this SWZ.
3. Detailed technical requirements are described in Annex No. 1b to the SWZ: (tables: 5, 5a, 6).
