Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of power generators with a capacity of 200 kW (2 pcs.) and 40 kW (2 pcs.) for the implementation of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program 2025. The material scope includes: a) purchase and delivery of equipment; b) loading and unloading at a place in the Bieru commune indicated by Ordering Party.2. The subject of the order, constituting the subject of delivery under this order, is included in the SWZ and the following annexes to the SWZ: a) Detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ), b) Draft provisions of the contract.3. The order is covered by financial support: The order is being processed is financed by a subsidy from the Silesian Voivodeship from the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025 approved by Resolution No. 72 of the Council of Ministers of May 27, 2025 (MP 2025, item 541). 4. Pursuant to the content of Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party informs that no sets requirements regarding the employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the execution of the order consisting in the performance of work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 Code...
