- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a 450 kVA diesel-electric set to the town of Polska Nowa Wie (1 pc.);2. The subject of the order was described in detail in the Operational and Technical Requirements (Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ) and the Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ).3. An integral part of the description The subject of the order also includes the draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ).4. The contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order together with documentation prepared in Polish.5. The contractor takes full responsibility for the proper performance of the subject of the order and guarantees that the diesel-electric units (ZSE) delivered will be brand new, manufactured in 2025, meeting all technical and operational parameters specified by the Ordering Party, made with due care, in accordance with the principles of modern technical knowledge and applicable regulations and standards, are of full value, complete and equipped with all elements/accessories necessary for their startup and proper operation.6.
