The subject of the order is the delivery of 5 factory new, low -floor, environmentally friendly standard urban buses with electric power powered by hydrogen and length in the range of 11.5 - 12 m, with the right of options. Delivery of 5 factory new, low -floor, environmentally friendly standard electrical city buses powered by hydrogen and lengths in the range of 11.5 - 12 m, with the right of options. 1. A vehicle manufactured not earlier than 8 months before the date of delivery of a given batch of order and unpoliced is considered a factory new bus. 2. The buses offered must be one brand, identical in terms of construction, technical parameters as well as completion and equipment. 3. As part of the option, the Employer reserves the right to extend the subject of the order to another buses in an amount of up to 4 pieces. Buses covered by the right options must be brand new, identical in terms of brand and type and in terms of construction, technical parameters, as well as completing and equipment in relation to vehicles constituting the basic part of the order.
