Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of 5 factory new M3
combustion drive buses, equipped with an automatic elevator and min. 2 places to transport people in wheelchairs. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in accordance with Annex 3 to the specification of the conditionsOrders.
1.Autobus must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations and be allowed to travel on public roads, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251).Adaptation of the bus to the transport of people in wheelchairs. Bus registration based on approval confirming the number of places and purpose for the transport of disabled people moving in wheelchairs. Confirmed structural changes are not allowedtechnical examination at the diagnostic station or decision for the individual admission of the bus to traffic.
3.Autobus must have a current certificate of conducting UDT examination for an elevator to service disabled people moving in wheelchairs.
4. Autobus must be factoryNew, produced in 2025. Unused, unpopular, complete, free from construction, material and executive defects. The maximum route of the bus cannot be greater than 500km.kate...
