- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of 6 pieces of foil tunnels with plan dimensions of 6 m wide x 30 m long and 3 m high, brand new, free from physical and legal defects and meets all applicable legal standards. Description of the subject of the order - the form of required technical parameters, included in Annex No. 3 to SWZ.2. The contractor is responsible for compliance with the technical and quality conditions described for the subject of the order. 3. Insurance and transport of the subject of the order to the Ordering Party will be at the expense and risk of the Contractor. 4. The place of execution of the subject of the order is the registered office of the Ordering Party. 5. The detailed scope of rights and obligations related to the implementation of the subject of the order is specified in the Draft Agreement constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.
