Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 6 frame tents.
2. Each tent should be delivered, among others The following equipment and equipment:
- field bed- 10 pcs;
- mummy sleeping bag- 10 pcs;
- field chair- 10 pcs;
- folding tables- 2 pcs;
- lighting set for a tent- 2 pcs;
---Electric extension cord - 2 pcs;
- multifunctional device with three independent modes of operation: heating, cooling, drying - 1 items;
- electric heater - 1 items;
- power generator - 1 pcs.;
- portable lighting of the work field - 2 kpl.Annex 1 to SWZ. One description of the subject of the contract for both part of the order applies.
4. The contracting authority provides for the following division of the order into parts:
a) Part I - delivery of 3 frame tents;
b) Part II - Delivery of 3 frame tents.As for the number of part of the order for which one contractor can submit an offer. The contracting authority also does not introduce any restrictions on the number of parts for which the order can be awarded to one contractor.
6. Clause regarding annulment of the proceedings 1. Pursuant to art. 257 of the Law Actpublic procurement, the contracting authority reserves the right to annul the contract for the award of the contract, if the public funds he intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract were not granted to him.
