Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 6 pcs. Factory new vehicles with hybrid drive.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) containing all the requirements of the Ordering Party is Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. The Contractor is obliged to fulfill the order on principles and conditionsdescribed in the draft contract, constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
4. All vehicles delivered will have the status of a privileged vehicle in road traffic in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessaryequipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502).
5. The contracting authority provides for vehicles with stickers indicating the source of financing with the NFOŚiGW logo. The sticker must be able to stick to the glass from the inside while maintaining its visibility outside the vehicle.
