Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of 8 pcs.
The order has been divided into 3 tasks:
1. Talking A - Delivery of 3 pcs. Microbuses for transporting people with the possibility of using during the evacuation process.
2. Talking B - Delivery of 3 pcs of lightweight quartermaster vehicles.
3. Talking C - Delivery of 2 pickup vehicles
Task A:
The vehicle and its equipment must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of products to ensure public safety or health and life, and property, and property, as well as the rules for issuing these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 143 item 1002, as amended).
The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for privileged vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 "Law on traffic "(i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251) together with executive provisions to the Act. The vehicle should have documentation necessary to register the vehicle on the day of actual acceptance.
The adaptive changes of the vehicle regarding the installation of equipment may not cause loss or limit resulting from the factory mechanical warranty. In the event that the development conditions specified by the chassis manufacturer have been exceeded, a complete approval certificate and the consent of the chassis manufacturer for the construction of buildings are required.
