Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: delivery of 85,000 m3 of diesel (hereinafterce fuel) in order to fill the instructions of art. 3 para. 2 point 2 of the Act of February 16, 2007 on oil reserves, oil and natural gas, as well as the rules of conduct in situations of security threat fuel state and disruptions on the oil market (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1281) (hereinafter "Act on wrestling"), divided into tasks:

Task No. 3 - Delivery for the agency supply of diesel oil in the amount of 5,000 m3.
2. The description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ.
Subject Orders are: delivery of 85,000 m3 of diesel (hereinafter fuel) in order to fill in the instructions of art. 3 para. 2 point 2 of the Act of February 16, 2007 r. on oil reserves, oil and natural gas, as well as the rules of conduct in situations of emergency of the state's fuel safety and disturbances on the oil market (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1281) (hereinafter "Act on wrestling").
