- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new car (minibus) with 9 seats (8+1 driver) (hereinafter referred to as the car).2. Requirements of the subject of the order: 1) must meet the technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text - Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251) and the implementing regulations to this Act. 2) brand new, free from physical and legal defects, third party claims, with complete car documentation necessary for registration and operation, including providing the necessary technical description (in Polish) and providing the operating manual in Polish.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including a list of minimum required technical and operational parameters, and car equipment has been described in the Detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. Note: the rules for acceptance and verification of the correctness of the execution of the subject of the order are specified in the Project contracts.
