Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new type A1 sanitary ambulance for the needs of Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o. o. in Otwock, along with the required equipment, adaptation/medical installation and training of the Ordering Party's staff in the field of service.2. The ambulance and its equipment must: 1) meet the regulations on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002, as amended); 2) meet the requirements of PN-EN 1789 (current version, e.g. PN-EN 1789+A2:2014-08 or newer)/equivalent standards in the field of type A1 ambulance and PN-EN 1865/equivalent standards in the field of transport equipment;3) be consistent with the regulations applicable to medical devices (Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices; classification products if it applies to a given piece of equipment);4) meets the marking and color requirements for PRM (if it applies to an entity/vehicle);5) meets all detailed requirements specified in this ToR and Appendix No. 2.
